Asus TUF A15 FA507NU Bios Problem

my asus tuf has a problem after a bios update when i start the laptop first theres a black screen for like 5 minutes and then  theres a asus logo with no disk activity and if i press f2 it takes like 40 minutes to go into the bios it can boot normally in windows in 1 hour but when i press f8 in the bios it boots really fast and its soo corrupt when i try reinstalling the bios with asus EZ flash its get stuck on system will restart and update bios automaticly after 3s! and it wont do anything for hours and i just have this asus laptop for 1 year so if anyone could help me it would be really appreciated

Have you tried updating the bios from within the bios using USB pen drive? or it can be done through a Windows installer. It took me three goes to update my bios on G16 laptop tried it both ways. It seemingly needs to do a clean boot but mine like yours was stuck in an endless loop and doesnt like being restarted. Shutdown worked for me. Once I got it into Windows I could see in myAsus software that the bios had updated. Worth a try.
