Hey everybody.
I've got ASUS TUF A15 FA506NC with dual boot (Windows 11 24H2 and Linux Mint 22.2 with Kernel 6.11). I have my Bluetooth device of the laptop constantly disabled through Device manager and use external one since this is the only solution with one of the Bluetooth bugs with Linux Mint dual boot.
For more than a month I frequentely encounter a problem that after choosing any OS in GRUB menu, it either gives me BSOD (Windows) or Kernel Panic (Linux). Sometimes it happens every launch; sometimes it may leave me for a few days, but I have not spotted which things or actions affect whether this happens or not. The problem occures only when launching my laptop and (at least as far as I've noticed) it happens a lot more frequently if it has been disabled for a long period of time (8-12 hours), than when it was turned off for like 30 mins (not sleep mode or hybernate).
I have got my logs to chatgpt and it said the problem was with drivers, probably bluetooth or wifi (network) ones, so I have uninstalled all of these and got newest or oldest ones from official ASUS website (tried all options), but still didn't get solution. I have run several checks of my RAM / SDD / etc. and still it shows all is ok + many scans of system files, sfc /scannow/ dism online scan etc. None of these really helped me. The type of error can be seen in photo:
btw, the thing that failed (last row of text) is sometimes something else, plus the rror code sometimes might be a similar one but not like that (dont have a photo). I also tried using different GPU drivers for NVIDIA and AMD, but still nothing worked. Unplugging the USB Bluetooth adapter (chatgpt said that the fault was on the one that is inside of the laptop) as well as using "Uninstall" button for it in device manager did not help as well. Laptop is 1.5 years old. Windows reinstalled around 2-3 monthes ago, everything is up-to-date, never downloaded any content which may contain viruses etc.
