Hello 

I'm using ASUS TUF A15

Model Name:- FA506IHRB (HN112W)

Recently I was facing some problem in my laptop, to get it fixed I took my laptop to the service center, they said that new windows have to be installed, the windows they have installed are neither Armory Crate nor Any Asus related application. There is only MyAsus app. I would like to know if someone has windows/link/zip with the same windows as I did when I purchased a laptop, please answer me. Or if I install Armory Crate itself then my game visual does not work or there are performance issues.

It will be very difficult for someone who has the same PC as you, to send you the OEM copy of the operating system.
You might be better off going to a dealer who sells this PC with a Pen-drive and ask him if he will make you a clone of the operating system.

Thank you but, I tried to get it done from my seller or service center but still couldn't find any solution and after doing a lot of research I came here. I have request any of you to please give me a solution.
