Hello,
I had issue with my TUF A15 2023 whenever using Optimus or iGPU, the screen will have pixelasation occasioanlly and very obvious with Armour Crate. Anyone had similiar issue?
If I change the settings to use dGPU only, the issue went away... i'm suspecting iGPU hardware issue or very high potential is iGPU AMD driver issue.
Tested with ASUS suggested driver and also download from AMD Aderaline.. issue still persists... Only resolution now is to delete all the AMD iGPU Driver and use Windows Graphic Display driver then it works fine.
TIA

Hi,
The fact that it works fine with the Windows Graphic Display driver may indicate that the problem is with the AMD driver. Maybe try an older version of the AMD driver ?
Also check that you are set to 144Hz when you are on the IGPU.
In Windows:
Settings\System\Display\Display advanced setting\
Good luck.

Display refresh rate was configured correctly to 144hz.. I had tried the oldest to the newest ASUS AMD Display Driver, same issue is happening.

You could try updating the Nvidia drivers, directly from the Nvidia site.

I have done that as well, it seems the issue was related to AMD iGPU instead of Nvidia dGPU.

hi
Have you tried uninstalling the AMD driver with DDU Uninstaller ?
A few weeks ago I had a problem with my Nvidia driver and installing other drivers didn't fix anything.
I used DDU Uninstaller to completely remove all driver files. Then I reinstalled the latest driver and everything was fixed.
Good luck.

I had tried the DDU and also reset to factory default couple of times to test multiple version of drivers, however it doesn't fix the issue.

If textures appear grainy/pixellated even in games, it's probably a DX9-related problem.
In this case you can solve it by forcing the use of the Vulkan API.

Playing game with dGPU RTX4050 is fine, the issue only arise on Windows when it is using iGPU AMD graphics with Optimus Enabled.
