ASUS FX503VM turn on suddenly when laptod lid closed & Asus logo stuck

i've asus fx503vm with windows 10 installed 1909 version
bios up to date

sometimes the laptop turned on suddenly when the lid closed
another problem is that sometimes when i turn on the laptop is stuck on asus logo and i need to turn it off and turn it on again.
