Armory Crate missing fan accoustics

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a new ASUS TUF F16 FX608JM, and the fan acoustics (dB) information is not visible in Armoury Crate.

Before this, I had an ASUS TUF F16 FX608JH which I returned, and fan acoustics were visible on that device.

The only hardware difference between the two laptops is the GPU. Also, the laptop I’m currently using was FreeDOS, while the one I returned came with OEM Windows 11.

Could I have made a mistake during the Windows or driver installation process that caused this?

Hello,

In the settings it will show the APP version, perhaps it's using an older one. I believe the most recent is 6.4.7.0.

Try the installer from here then run the updates.
