Hi There's a weird problem i'm facing with my daily drive:
**System:**
Asus TUF Dash F15 (FX517ZR)
Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.4946)
i7-12650H
NVMe Samsung 990Pro
i use G-Helper instead of Armory crate
Secure Boot & TPM Enabled
Using the latest bios version (Version 317 (2023/08/24))
Fast-Startup Windows Feature Disabled
**Problem:**
when i boot the system After a shutdown/restart using:
1- shutdown cmd command (with and without /f)
2- powershell stop-computer command
3- Force Shutdown by cutting the power (Holding the physical laptop power button)
it doesn't happen when i shutdown/restart the system using the start menu
Some Apps get logged out of my account with errors like "Session Expired"
i can login in them again or just restart the system using start menu ,then they like remember the account info again and everything works normally
some of apps cache/remember being logged out and some of them don't (Like If you face the Log-In Page in Google Drive app, no matter if you restart or not it won't get in account and you have to log-in again, but in some apps like steam i do face the login page, but after a restart (thro start menu) the steam logs in normally and everything on it work.
**some of apps that get affected by this problem:**
\- Discord
\- Spotify
\- Google Drive (Windows App)
\- Google Chrome (it says synchronize failed please sign-in again)
\- Steam
\- Notion
\- Microsoft Account (it gives a notification like "there's a problem please sign-in again")
**apps that don't get affected:**
\- Telegram - Firefox
**Things i tried:**
\- Resetting the TPM from BIOS
\- Resetting the BIOS Setting to factory optimized defaults - Reinstalling the Latest BIOS Version (Using EZ Flash) - Reinstalling all of Intel Drivers available on Asus Support Page - Reinstalling the entire windows (Clean Install)
**Research:**
there was only one post that was on Microsoft community that pointed to this problem and there was no right answer or solution to it (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/3985328/all-applications-sign-out-after-restarti...)
**this is what Ai (Gemini) says after processing the problem:**
"The root cause is a low-level firmware (BIOS) bug related to the CPU's Microsoft Pluton security processor.
The `E_NOTIMPL` error in your logs confirms this. During command-line shutdowns, this bug causes a cryptographic failure, invalidating saved app login tokens.
Since all standard software and firmware fixes have failed, this is a manufacturer bug that ASUS must fix with a future BIOS update. The workaround is to use the `shutdown /sg /t 0` command, which bypasses the bug."
The Reason i don't believe that this is true is because i was using the same bios version before the problem accrued
**Errors:**
There's This one error on windows event viewer when i boot the system after a restart that cause this problem:

**When it Started:**
I'm not sure if that's related but i believed it happened after enabled the Windows Insider Program and upgraded my windows to beta version
but i did reinstall windows and now I'm on stable version and the problem is persist
I Remember doing Force Shutdown sometimes when i first bought the laptop and there was no such problem (i was using stable windows 11, TPM and secure boot enabled with this same bios version)
