Hello... I have vg279qm firstly when i enable adaptive sync hz changing is it normal? My graphics card nvidia rtx 2060 and all settings were adjusted including mpo... I have still micro stuttering is it possible related with my monitor? I am using my monitor with overclock disable adaptive sync enable and elmb sync disable is there any advice for me? Thank you...

Micro stuttering will more likely be a driver issue, as does reverting the refresh rate after enabling Adaptive Sync. Ensure you're running the latest driver: https://www.nvidia.co.uk/download/driverResults.aspx/209008/en-uk
