I recently got my monitor and wanted to try out the 480hz/1080p mode. However upon turning on frame rate boost on the monitor it resets my digital vibrancy settings. Also turning off the monitor resets digital vibrancy as well.
Ive discovered that possibly its a bug with nvidia driver, which they recommend to roll back your driver. Unfortunately its greyed out for me.
