I need an online conversation with moderator about a problem this 'Saides' membership of THIS forum!

I tried about 5 minutes ago to reply to a relevant issue with my waranty: expired which I have experienced also
and I was block by greyed out button to  [Reply]  

Referring to my screenshot image above I believe I must have been verified at some point before...  have  I not ?
I have definitely posted here before - a wish about autonamous future mice with no management software AND I have replied to someones issue  AND a user called Gareth has given me a Kudos 
What the hell has gone wrong?   I need an online conversation with moderator or some authority in this forum 
So to let me know how I can sort this Verification issue out   my  'Saides' membership of THIS RoG  forum !

This problem seems to be resolved - well its gone away anyway - so how do I now delete this message and thread please?
