Gsync and OBS issues

I started streaming on Twitch TV again and I have been using my ROG Swift monitor. I thought my OBS settings were messed up but after I turned off gsync the issue was gone. So when I start streaming CSGO with gsync there is horrible stuttering. GTA5 has stuttering as well. It sucks so bad not to play with gsync on once you have it. It is really noticeable in GTA5 how unsmooth the game is without it. Anyone have any idea what the hell it could be?

I'm not using Twitch TV. But I've played a little bit of GTA5 with gsync on. I've noticed some odd stuttering in the game. It doesn't happen all the time. And it's been inconsistent when it happens. My FRAPS will say my screen is playing back at a high fps. But the stuttering, when it happens, makes it looks like it's not.

This has happened at times during the cutscenes in Dragon Age Inqusition. But the it's as if the 3D Modeled characters motion is set to a lower FPS, meanwhile the rest of what's happening is playing fine. And I'm using the command line to increase the default frame rate from 30 (or is it 60?) to 144. The game usually plays between 45-105fps depending on what's happening. At least according to FRAPS.

I get the same with Dragon Age: Origins and GTAV. I think it's an in-game issue as the rest of the scenes are smooth, but the faces are stuttery.

That is not really what my issue is. When I play GTA 5 for example with gsync on it is buttery smooth. Not a single issue. Only when I start streaming to twitch with OBS does it cause an issue. In CSGO is is really bad, actually unplayable. I still get high frames just really stuttery.
