Fast switch between 120 ULMB and 144 GSync

Hi,
Is there a faster way to change between the 120 Hz ULMB mode and 144 Hz Gsync mode then going to Nvidia settings, changing Hz and enabling/disabling gsync, then enabling/disabling ULMB on screen menu.

I play CS Global Offensive in 120 ULMB, and all other games in 144 Gsync. I change multiple times every day, and the process is quite tedious.

Yeah i wished they had something like this too
Because I got tired of doing it so just left it in 144 hertz g sync mode

Can't you set these preferences in per-application profiles for CS:GO (and other games)?
