So I upgraded my old Iiyama XB2783HSU 1080p 60hz monitor to an ASUS TUF Gaming G-Sync 2560X1440 180Hz. Now Every Youtube video, and picture I have on screen show horrid colour banding.

Is thing a common problem with compressed media, or can this be improved?

Games don't seemed to have changed much from my old monitor.

I have tried every setting on my graphics card and monitor. Below is a screen shot of GeForce Experience that shows about 20 vivid lines of banding, can you see it too?

This next shot shows a Youtube Video with with horrible separation on the left side of the image.
