Hoping someone can help me with this. I've been using an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 laptop, outputting at 1440p to an ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQEL1A monitor for a while now with no issues, however when I connect my Playstation 5 to the monitor (using a HDMI 2.1 cable) and go to set the resolution on the PS5 I get the following list....
Automatic
720p
1080i
1080p
1440p (not supported) [this is greyed out and unselectable]
2160p
There is also an option to test 1440p output, and when I select this the message "The connected HDMI device doesn't support 1440p output." comes up.
I did my research before buying this monitor and confirmed that it would display 1440p from both the laptop via DP and the PS5 via HDMI.
I also cannot get the monitor to output any audio to Creative Pebble V3 speakers when connected via 3.5mm or USB.
Anyone help anyone can provide with these issues would be very much appreciated.
