Hello, on my monitor there are horizontal lines from the milk to the bottom in order like in a lined notebook. I noticed these lines yesterday, but I didn't think it was a big problem so I updated my video card driver (Nvidia RTX2060) and turned off the computer. This morning when I turned on the computer, I noticed that the logos on the BOOT screen shifted upwards (the colors shifted upwards) and I opened this forum. It would be nice if someone could help.

Monitor: ASUS TUF GAMING 23.8” VG249QM1A 270Hz 1ms HDMI DP FreeSync Premium G-Sync FHD IPS
Date I bought the monitor: 11th month of 2023
The cable I use on the monitor: DP cable that came with the monitor
The monitor has G-SYNC on and I use it at 240hz.
Boot Screen(The horizontal lines on the boot screen are due to the camera. On the boot screen, the colors are shifting upwards as I have enclosed in the red box)
