We’ve all been there – you’re in the middle of pulling off an epic-win moment and suddenly Simon won't stop ringing you unless you AFK and reach for your phone. With ROG’s Multipoint and DualFlow audio source management technology, you never have to make that sacrifice again.

Both Multipoint and DualFlow allow you to connect to two devices at the same time, so that the next time your phone rings, you needn't scramble and fumble to answer a call. Get notified directly from your headset as soon as your phone rings, and answer (or reject) it from the same device with a click of a button. Take advantage of Multipoint or DualFlow to keep your headgear on, let the party live on with no missed calls or cues, and just game till it’s dawn.

Multipoint

Ever missed a call because you couldn't hear the ring or notice the vibrations? Ever had to pull your earbuds out to answer a call while gaming or working on your PC? Never again, as Multipoint connects you to two devices and alternates audio sources between the two when necessary.

Connect to two devices via Bluetooth or 2.4GHz + Bluetooth. Multipoint will immediately switch the audio sources to your phone and notify you of a call, to which you can answer by tapping the top of the right earbud once or reject the call with a long tap, instead. Audio will return to the original source after the call has ended.

* Helpful tip: connect the headset to your main device via the 2.4GHz receiver for higher resolution and lower-latency audio and to your smartphone via Bluetooth for its wide compatibility. You can also connect to both using Bluetooth to save battery.

Connect on-the-fly (without software)

To connect to a device via 2.4GHz, simply stick the 2.4GHz receiver into a compatible USB-C port. Next, connect to a secondary device via Bluetooth by pressing and holding the touch panel on either earbud for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode, then select the headset on the secondary device.

Connect via Software

Open Armoury Crate and find your headset device.

Navigate to the Hybrid Multipoint tab and click on the plus box to add a new device for Bluetooth pairing. You can simply remove a Bluetooth pairing or connection here, too.

* Helpful Tip: Connect the headgear to your PC or ROG Ally via 2.4GHz for higher resolution and lower-latency audio, and to your smartphone via Bluetooth to quickly answer calls.

DualFlow

Slightly different to Multipoint, DualFlow not only helps you connect to two devices, but simultaneously streams both audio sources to your headset. This means audio sources do not need to alternate between devices even during a call. DualFlow is therefore a game changer, allowing you to not compromise in-game sound for a call, so you can listen to your partner's diary and still dominate in the battlefield.

To connect to two devices, begin by plugging in the 2.4GHz receiver into the first device, and turn on the 2.4GHz power switch.

Then connect the headset to a secondary device via Bluetooth by holding the Bluetooth power/function button for a few seconds until the LED starts rapidly flashing to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. This is when you can pair with a secondary device of your choice.

* Helpful tip: Connect to your PC via the 2.4GHz receiver for higher-resolution and lower-latency audio, and to your smartphone via Bluetooth, using it as an additional layer of controllable audio. Use your phone to stream and control music, podcasts, or videos.
