Hello olearych,
Sorry that I missed your reply.
Did you install any extra RAM?
If yes, may you uninstall it and see if the original RAM goes to 3200MHz now?
And please PM me your SN and the extra RAM brand and model if you have.
Thank you.

Hi there,

Same here with me, memory running at 2933, but when I check it via CMD it shows 3200. I also contacted Asus and they confirmed my model is fitted with 3200 memory. And there is no overclocking feature in my Bios version 307.
I have model GX701LV with i7-10750H, any idea how to set the correct speed?

Thanks.

I also am having the same issue, GX701LWS with the i7-10750H, any ideas? Stock config, nothing has been changed out of box, no option for OverClocking in BIOS/UEFI...

Thanks

Hello vallantines & Scorpion,
I'm sorry that 10750H CPU does not support the 3200MHz RAM function.
It has to be 10875H or higher level.
Thank you.

Hi Blake, thanks for the straight answer, but it won't be bad this "little" thing to be mentioned somewhere. Because everywhere the laptop specs are listed with 3200 speed and this is misleading...

That a very good point. I have the same model and I was expecting to be able to get my ram to 3200mhz. I have been waiting for a bios update for the last 2 months.. for no reason. That honestly suck.
