On my tuf f15 (2022) there is no Resizable bar option in bios or nvidia control panel BUT as gpu-z shows it is already enabled BUT I wasn't sure about it so download the Nvidia profile inspector and then I saw it was disabled so after enabling it I saw a bit of performance improvement on my laptop. Hope thats the case for your laptop although such limitations and lack of obvious options is completely nonsense especially for flagship devices 🙂
