Zephyrus GX701 - does not turn on - keyboard flashes

I have a problem with my laptop. At one point, he freezed the screen and the effect is as shown in the attached film in link. The laptop will not turn on - the keyboard and LEDs blink. Does anyone know what this means? Any error code? Please see attached link with wideo file:

Can you try connecting an external TV or monitor? Otherwise, without any display it's going to be difficult to pinpoint.
