i have some problems.....

after installing ubuntu 20.04, i choose ubuntu in boot manager.

then the screen that i posted always come out

and after few second there is a black screen with small white cursor

i hread that you can enter the program with ctrl + alt + f3. so i tried that solution

and then i can show this screen 

i never seen this screen before.....

what can i do.... i am so confused. plz help me
