Zephyrus G16 2023 USB-C port suddenly stop working

I have been using this usb-c port for a long time (port next to headphones jack) and suddenly today when I'm trying to use it, it didn't work at all. It still receive charging from my usb-c charger (ipad usb-c charger) but it cannot transfer data as always.

Nice. The USB-C port next to the USB-A port just stopped working 1 day ago on My Zephyrus G16 2023. It's almost like your problem.

Sorry to hijack the thread. In case someone else encounters my problem, I found that turning off the laptop and then pressing and holding the power button for at least a minute fixed the issue.
