I have an Asus Zephyrus G15 2022 model with RTX3080. Till recently, it used to freeze at least 3-4 times a week. Like the only way I can move forward is to shut it down by pressing the power button. This was frequently happening when Bluetooth was turned on. After the recent updates, it mostly got fixed. Now it happens like once a month. However, I want to know if anyone else has faced this issue and found a fix as I need it to be reliable for my upcoming work. Will factory resetting work ? Windows and graphics cards are up to date.
I have the same model and i have the exact the same issue. It freezes at least twice a day. buying a 2000 $ laptop and facing this type of issues is riduculous. Did you find a solution?
