So this one is a weird one because the only way that I could potentially get help from this is from Asus Support themselves (which I have already emailed, just waiting for their response now.) I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling the same especially if they're typing or gaming with the Zephyrus G14 2023.
I've come across times where I try to type something but it won't register, and I experimented and it turns out that the keys won't type if I hit the keys' corner (and I can't escape that, that's just how I type sometimes lol). The other thing, too, is that let's say I'm playing Valorant, and my walk button is C (don't ask). At some points, I would hold the C button and over time be gentle when holding it. Once I do that, the key doesn't register, either. So the keyboard won't type when 1) you don't press in the center of the key, and 2) when you don't press hard enough.
Is there a way, then, to make the keyboard more sensitive to keypresses? I've tried looking at Armoury Crate but didn't see anything. Also did contact Asus about this, hopefully I won't have to give this back to Asus to fix bc at that point I'll just return the whole thing itself for a better laptop. I'm wondering if anyone with the same laptop is having the same troubles with the keyboard, too.
