Zephyrus G14 2021 overheating and crashing without any load

My ROG Zephyrus G14 2021 [ Ryzen 9 5900 HS, Nvidia 3060, 16GB Ram ] is overheating without any load even after Voltage capping. Right now I only have my browser and Epic Games on updating a game. The CPU temps are reaching upto 95 degrees starting from 77/78 degrees without any heavy tasks. The CPU is going from about 5% to 35% usage. The GPU is more stable at about 56/58 degrees with 0% to 2% usage. 35% to 80% of the RAM is being used. But that is probably because I use Vivaldi with lots of tabs on.

I deleted Armory Crate a few weeks ago and installed G-Helper. I have boost turned off, I have tried multiple settings till now. Now, I have the CPU capped at 35W with Turbo. I have Windows 11 updated and recent Nvidia and MyAsus Drivers are installed.

This has been a persistent issue. I stopped gaming for a while. Recently, I tried gaming with my friends and I was just not getting the performance. Fortnite on Low settings with Performance rendering was giving me about 90FPS at first but then it was dropping even down to 25FPS with high fan speed/noise. Witcher 3 with High settings was giving me about 30FPS but soon it started to lag to the point it was unplayable dropping to 7/8 FPS. It is completely inconsistent as well.

I usually cap the laptop at 10W in silent so I can use it. These issues have been there for months now even before I tried G-helper and tried trouble-shooting multiple times. Back in the day, the laptop just used to crash sometimes. It doesn't happen as much anymore. But once in a while I would see it happening even now.

Hello,

Eventually overtime the thermal paste / heatsink contact efficiency will decrease so for any gaming laptop that has been in use for over 1 year you need to get this done.
