Zephyrus G14 2021 - No video out from HDMI

Hi all,

Today, I plugged my Zephyrus G14 into my TV, but as soon as I plugged in the power adapter to my laptop, and the screen changed to 144Hz, the TV went black and is sent no video or audio. It also does not show up as any of the displays in settings or anywhere else I've checked. Has anyone got a solution for this?

I came here to ask about the very same problem. It's been over a year now that my laptop will not detect any display I try to plug into it. I've tried several different HDMI cords. I also bought an HDMI to USB cord, which originally worked for a while before also failing to be recognized by the computer. The laptop used to cast to the same monitor with no problem, and the monitor I'm using works fine with my Switch. I also tried it with a projector I own just to see, and it couldn't detect that either.

I've run every update I can find as well. Really stuck on what could be causing this!
