Im having a hard time with Asus Support from France. My Duo works perfectly performance wise.
But there is a RGB region that cannot be customized with Aura Creator and this is annoying me a bit.
its not a big deal. But i payed more than 4k USD for this machine and I want it to work as it should.
Between the screenpad and the keyboard, there are two small windows where you can see the internals of the laptop. Each side has 4 RGB strip. I can go to Armory Crate and set colours and effects, all fine.
But if I go to Aura Creator and create a custom per key profile, it fails to set a customization to the 4 strips on the right side. It works for the left one, doesn't work for the right. It simply turns off.
So i open a ticket with Asus in July 2024. We exchanged a lot of e-mails, I sent logs, screenshots, they remotely connected to my PC.

But after a while, around beginning of October, they stopped answering. No resolution for my problem.
Im a bit pissed off now because they simply ignored me. Didn't offer any solution.
I open a new ticket now. Going through the BS again. They asking to make sure all drivers and BIOS are updated.
I'd like to know from those who have the same model as me, if your machine presents the same problem.
Whats your opinion on this?
its not a hardware problem. Its software. Maybe Bios.
I have Asus extended warranty until May 2026. Warranty from reseller until May 2025.
