I have a Zephyrus G14 (2024) model that recently went in for service due to a display issue. After that, I noticed that Dolby Vision is not working. When I try to open Dolby Vision movies or series in Apple TV+ or Netflix, it does not let me play them and states that the device is not authorized for Dolby Vision. The Dolby Vision option is also missing in Dolby Access. I tried the steps mentioned in [this forum post](https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/rog-gaming-notebooks/rog-notebooks-laptops-with-dolby-vision-hdr-suppo...), but to no avail. I have Dolby Vision and Dolby Access installed, but Dolby Vision is not showing in HDR Certifications either. I also tried ASUS Cloud Recovery, but that didn’t help either. Please advise if anyone has faced a similar issue or knows the resolution.
