This is for Intel variants.
On site we only get 6.0.0.19/6.0.0.23 depending on variant. I was able to download and install 16.0.0.31 before they took it down for reasons unknown.
As for scrolling really fast randomly while normal scrolling, I am not sure what causes it. It seems while scrolling and at a remotely slight angle will trigger it. Wondering if there is a way to disable that. You'd be scrolling slowly or few lines at a time then BAM! a whole page or two gets scrolled. Can happen with quick scrolls too. It's the act of placing your fingers down again after a scroll to the bottom of the touchpad from the top that it randomly happens.
