So i just bought a ROG Zephyrus M16 from BestBuy
Model: GU604VI-M16.I94070
i just unbox, turn on use for like 1-2 hours and when im was using i hear a loud noise from Adapter or Laptop then i check a Battery status on windows it wont charging even i restart or check everything. it still not working
what should i do?

Can you describe the sound that happened?
If you turn your laptop off and plug in the charger, does it charge at all?
Additionally, do you happen to have another charger (such as a USB-C one) that you could try out to see if charging will work?
If you're still not having success, you've likely experienced some kind of hardware issue, which unfortunately does happen sometimes even on new devices.
If you're within the exchange window from Best Buy (I believe it's 15 days), I'd recommend contacting them for an exchange.
If you're outside of the exchange window, then definitely contact ASUS technical support to get official technical support and they can help determine what you need to do to get things back up and running!
