Sudden restarts when using any apps or while downloading

Recently bought a zephyrus g16 ( 2 weeks before) . Booted it up after 1 week. The softwares are up to date, can't expect dust to be the problem( since it's new), heat (may be) but I use a laptop stand. I am scared since I spent so much money on this Lap and this is what I get , bowl full of anxiety and others??. Somebody please tell me what should I do. If possible something that I can do on myself and not reaching out to service centre's

I have had the same thing on my 4090 G16 for some time now. I was using G Helper rather than Armoury Crate so have uninstalled that to see if that is the issue. One thing as I have been travelling is that I have been using an Anker charger rather than the official Asus one and it only reaches 90w which is not great and that likely is not helping. What I will say is this thing gets so hot even when on silent mode just browsing the web, no way I can have it on my lap for example.

So no answers yet just theories and a lot of heat and restarts here.
