should i allow windows update to download drivers aswell for my asus rog zephyrus 2024 laptop?

Hi i just want to ask whats the difference between Armory Crate updates and windows updates? because ive recently update my windows and it says it downloaded and install various ASUStek drivers and some amd drivers like this:

im just afraid that windows update will generally update my drivers using generic ones that isnt suitalble/compatible for my laptop model (idk if this is a myth or true?). therefore i did decide disable windows update on updating drivers and only focus on OS, is this okay?
