ROG Zephyrus M16 GU604 (2023) microstuttering in windowed mode with graphics card

So I have a Samsung G9 OLED monitor, which requires me to use the graphics card (4090) to use at full resolution and frame rate (I connect via HDMI through the 4090). There is one game that I only play in windowed mode, but all games microstutter in windowed mode with the 4090 enabled. The game do not require the enabled to play at 240Hz, but I can't connect properly to the monitor with it disabled. Is there a solution with playing games in windowed mode without microstuttering with the 4090 enabled?
