Hi All,
The keyboard of my Rog Zephyrus G15 GA503QM.416 does not turn on. Actually after a time when the laptop is untouched and the display turns off then the keyboard starts to flash the white colour. After I press any keyboard button the light turns off again.
I already tried to install/reinstall Keyboard Firmware Update Tool,Armoury Crate, Windows 11,BIOS but nothing helped. All the time the keyboard light does not work when I try to turn it on...
I'm not sure, but mostly probably the problem starts after last keyboard firmware update failed ...
May somebody advice me how to solve it?
