Hi, recently my laptop started having issue where it would freeze on startup logo and loading circle. Problem appeared after I reinstalled the windows (though i had several problems with windows that forced me to reinstall it). Freeze almost always fixes after force shutting down and starting up again, BUT it wouldn’t fixed this way if I used my laptop before. Also it might randomly freeze and then crash during/after playing overwatch (other games are fine even the more demanding ones), making me wait for laptop to “cooldown”
Additionally:
1) Bios and windows recovery boots normally unless I have usb flash connected which would make me have black screen (not even asus logo)
2) In bootlog there are several non-loaded drivers for amd cpu however having amd radeon software installed would increase chance of fandom freeze crash
3) G-helper also would make laptop constantly crash after ~30 minutes but armory crate works fine
UPD:
4) Having laptop in any mode except perfomance (which also means unplugged) would also cause freeze after few minutes
