Newly bought Zephyrus G14 2023 having problems with VALORANT, would love some help! Basically, everytime that I try to boot up VALORANT, either the laptop crashes in the loading screen, or we get to the main screen and move around the menus for a little bit until that crashes, too. Either scenario, it would crash then restart the whole laptop as a whole. Some other info to have that other people have previously said in either Reddit or Microsoft Answers, I have tried disabling and enabling Secure Boot, Virtualization was not the problem either, and all of my drivers are updated. This has been an ongoing problem with the G14 2023's, so hopefully someone here could maybe find a potential fix! Thanks much!
GPU: RTX 4060
CPU: Ryzen 9 7940HS

Hey @TsukiyomiXD I managed to solve the issue: I disabled virtualisation based security by following this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ValorantTechSupport/comments/1214sos/vgksys_bsod/?utm_source=share&utm_medi...
Edit: Just FYI. Turning it off seems to have affected my sign-in options. Windows Hello isn't working anymore, and my PIN constantly resets. I'm trying to see how I can fix this, but honestly wondering if all this hassle is worth it. Will keep you updated.
Final Edit: I turned virtualization-based security back on and disabled SVM in my BIOS settings. This solved the issue for me, with no negative side effects to my sign-in options.

So what's funny is that I tried to turn off virtualization in every way except using Command Prompt, which then made it work. I'll leave that in here for future reference to anyone that needs help on this, too: "You can also disable VBS using the command prompt. Keep in mind that you must grant administrator access before executing the commands.
To turn off VBS using the command prompt, repeat the following steps:
That's cool and all, but now my next problem, Valorant is capped at 30-40 FPS for me, and I'll need help to figure out how to get rid of that cap because I know so well that Valorant shouldn't run at 30-40 at high with a 4060, haha...

Some other info too: By the off-chance after tinkering with the game's/laptop's properties and settings do we see the BSOD with an error code, the error code comes with this: Stop code: SECURE_PCI_CONFIG_SPACE_ACCESS_VIOLATION, What failed: vgk.sys
And one more thing, this ONLY affects Valorant, any other game that I play is flawless.

I am having the exact same issue on the same device, and have tried the same fixes. Nothing works. Seems a few other people on reddit have the same issue as well. A potential fix would be a godsend please. I don't want to return the device but I will if this continues.

Okay, well I tried tinkering with a lot more stuff, and now Valo is running fine now. All I remember is taking off Geforce Overlay, so maybe that helped? Either way, thanks so much for the help, I'll make your comment the solution!
