ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401IH stops charging when monitor is plugged in

My zephyrus G14 stops charging from the barrel charger when I plug my monitor in. I have tried plugging in the monitor using both HDMI and DisplayPort (using the usb-c on the left side of the laptop). The laptop charges fine when I am not plugged into my monitor, but the moment I plug in my monitor, the charging stops within 10 - 30s. I have tried plugging the laptop into a tv and the charging worked fine. The monitor I used is a 120hz monitor.

I have the same issue using 180W charger. There was no issue when I used the 100W charger (type C). However, it's not the recommended charger for heavy games. My monitor also has it's own power. I tried updating my BIOS but still can't use 180W charger when connected to my monitor.
