I have bought and returned the ROG G14 (different models each time) THREE TIMES from best buy and each every one of the has had the same issue. Whether I’m watching videos, or playing a game like league of legends, it just freezes up. I still hear everything continue but the screen just freezes and I can’t even tab out or force quit, and have to use the power button. It does that regardless of being connected or not to a monitor. I Always use it charging. I have had hope every time I returned the laptop for a new one and I’m so tired of going back to best buy; at this point ive given up. Anyone else having the same issue?
