I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with my ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 (2023) Gx650pz. At random times, if I step away for a few minutes, the laptop will suddenly shut down everything and restart on its own.
I searched online to see if this has been reported, but I haven’t found anything similar. Initially, I hoped it was just a temporary glitch, but the problem has persisted. Sometimes it happens several times in a single week, while other times I can go weeks without it occurring.
I’ve tried to track down the cause but haven’t found anything concrete.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know what might be causing it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
