Alright so my gf's rog zephyrus had a bios update prompt. She wasn't aware of what bios was and started the update. Now either the laptop crashed or powered off during the bios update and now when powering on the laptop it's stuck on a black screen and only rgb, power indicator, and keyboard lights stay on.
Whats my remedy to try to fix this. Would disconnecting the battery to clear the cmos help at all? Made a USB bios flash but have no way to actually flash the bios since it's a black screen.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
