ROG GX501VI ram Capped at 2133 (stock Ram, after 5 month)

Any GX501VI user noticed that their ram capped to 2133? not 2400 anymore by which during purchase. Why the stock Ram down-clocked? @asus
Is it due to the bug in the Bios update?

Please advise.

The verification is done through ROG gaming center and AIDA64, as well.

I can't return the laptop in my country, they ask me to fck off when i visit the ASUS retail shop. Wow, they just took my money, we was bro when i first visit. Sad.

Just an quick update:
Already RMA a new motherboard, still the same. Sound and ram issues.

Updates:

Looks like kingston DDR4 2400 ram are not compatible with zephyrus? When installed, the ram speed will be capped to 2133 or lower.
or
The zephyrus does not support xmp?

If anyone using performance ram, do let me know which ram you use and its detail.
