Question | Keyboard stopped working GX701

Hello,
my GX701 keyboard stopped working
No lights or response
The turn off button is working but no red light

Only the touch pad (mouse) is working

I finish format now the laptop via USB keyboard, but it's didn't help

Any advice please?

It's installed but not fix the problem
no more options to try?:(
