Hi everyone,
Pure Black screen problems are preventing me from using my ASUS ROG laptop. Every time I power it on, the system boots up I can hear the fans and see the keyboard backlight, but the screen remains completely black, and I can’t access anything.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far Restarting the laptop multiple times.Connecting to an external monitor no display there either Resetting the BIOS by holding the power button for 30 seconds.Iam using an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 with Windows 11, and this issue started after a recent Windows update.
Has anyone else faced this BlacK ScreeN issue? Could it be related to the graphics card, a BIOS problem, or something else? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, actually today only i got it fixed. So basically all you have to do is get a type c display port and put it into the monitor and boom you’ll get the display on monitor then you have to reconfigure the bios as the previous bios has some secure boot policies and if the policies are violated then the black screen appears. So that after getting the display on monitor you have to reconfigure the bios.

I have a similar problem. For the last 2 weeks the laptop has been behaving strangely. Sometimes it starts to slow down a lot and after rebooting there is a black screen and the keyboard lights up. Last night the laptop itself turned on the fans at full power, and after rebooting there is a black screen. Holding the power button for 40 seconds always helps.
