I have recently bought a Zephyrus M16 2023 with Windows 11 and I have a huge problem with it's sound. It sound like a low budget Aliexpress speaker, no bass just high frequency. I tried to update the Realtek and the Dolby drivers, nothing worked. Unfortunately I got it with Windows 11 Home and upgraded to Pro and with 16GB RAM and switched to 64GB, and I didn't tried anything before the upgrade, so I don't know if it was ok or not before.
When I use headphones everything is fine, the sound is very high quality but with the built in speaker it's really bothering. Since the headphones works fine I presume it's either a driver or a hardware issue, but I don't want to send back since I am working in it, so it would be awesome if you could help to check whether it's just some missing driver or something.
