Hello, out of curiosity, I decided to open the Event Viewer, and I noticed that during the last 7 days, over 1000 errors accumulated, I will list some of them that caused me to question my laptop's health (I have a Zephyrus G16):
Half of the errors were related to this thing called Kernel EventTracing, after checking the details I saw "Session "McAfee {E5DAA68A-A82F-4898-86B7-DC8F75977C84}" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035" and such, pretty much all of the errors with the source Kernel EventTracing are related to mcafee for some reason. The other errors include ones related to DistributedCOM, saying "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}
and APPID
{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
to the user LAPTOP-AVB6S83O\[i hid my user for privacy] SID (S-1-5-21-1091752055-3578685495-2233663587-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container B9ECED6F.ArmouryCrate_5.7.9.0_x64__qmba6cd70vzyy SID (S-1-15-2-490905099-2794809881-2632752266-3514030558-4166392763-3416490339-321513134). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool." and such.
These 3 errors are the ones that appeared the most. Other errors included unable to launch some sort of mcafee service (Session "mc-fw-host-perf" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035), and 4 critical errors saying "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
Well, I'm obviously deleting mcafee right now, but I'd like to know if there's anyone else who's been seeing the same errors as me? And are they something to worry about?
