I have a ROG ZEPHYRUS M15 model gu502lu. I can't see it in device manger even when showing hidden devices, only my intel graphics.
when i try to install new drivers from nvidia i get the error "No NVIDIA GPU is detected on your system".
I've reinstalled armoury crate and i dont have any of the gpu settings tab
Anyone have any fixes?

enter armory crate and send on balance or econo so the igpu kicks in. since is running on gpu 100% and the igpu is turn off. that is how that works

What was going on before the factory reset and the laptop did you have it from new?
Could be the nvidia card has failed.
