Hello everyone. I bought a zephyrus g14 2025 and overall have really enjoyed it. I'm using a Razer USB4 dock for external displays and everything worked fine for the first few months, but recently stopped sending any display signal to the dock. It's also taking much longer to detect ethernet plugged in to the dock.
I've tried restarting with only one monitor plugged in but no success. Sometimes the displays will work when the dock is plugged in before turning the laptop on, but fails again of the dock is unplugged and plugged back in.
The dock works with another laptop flawlessly and worked with the g14 for the first few months i had it. I still get output if I plug the monitor into the USB port directly, but even after refreshing the OS, reinstalling drivers from ASUS support and an RMA, the dock refuses to output any signal.
Had anyone else ran into something similar?
