Im having trouble after installing V6.0.9738.1 i unstinall tje driver, rollef back to the latest bailable on the webpage of Asus and still not getting sound, right now im in V6.0.9715.1 and still having troubles, i'm just too frustrated to get a 3k notebook and hmgetting this kind of error, i'm letting herr a video that shows the problem also

 

 

Please help i tried everything, and i can't Even get to safe mode, because it's says that there is a problem, k use this machine to work so i can't factory reset

Hey, I'm from Chile as you. Have you solved the issue?. This worked for me:

  • Go to device manager -> View -> Drivers by Device
  • System devices -> Intel Smart Sound OED, then find "intcoed_oemlibpath.inf"
  • check the inf version, if it is v20.40.235.38 uninstall it. it should roll back to v20.40.235.20 after the reboot. It worked for me.
