I received a 2024 G14 from Best Buy yesterday.
I'm having an issue with the laptop losing power.
It happens while on battery and plugged in. It first happened in the menu of a game. In all, it has occurred 5 times now. There is no error or warn, the laptop immediately fully shuts off. Display, lights, fans, etc.
I tried updating firmware/bios, software, windows, but no change. I also tried silent, performance, turbo. The laptop itself is pretty warm when it shuts off, also the CPU is hovering around 80C just in the desktops with a browser and launchers open.
Since I just received the laptop yesterday, I'm still in the return window at Best Buy. However, I was wanting to see if anyone has experienced this before I return it.
