Hello everyone,
I bought a new Rog ZephyrusG14 (14 inch ) laptop (in BestBuy) when I was visiting the USA last summer, I belive during the month of july or august. I live in Colombia and was only visiting there. Not even a year after the purchse, my laptop fried. I took it to an authorize Asus service to diagnostic and they told me that my Motherboard is coocked, fried and completely obsolete. Im not sure if it has been a year, or maybe 13 months since I've bought it but they told me they can not offer me warranty since I bought it in the USA. How can I access the warranty for this? Has someone had have similar problems with a new motherboard like this? What can I do to save my 1.600 USD PC with less than 14 months of use? The motherboard is worth over 1.2k USD here in Colombia; I am just going to loose my PC without Asus or republic of gamers offering me any kind of help? Please help, I am desperate, this computer is my means to work, I am in a realy difficult spot since I have to rent a PC just to provide to my family. Any help is geatly appreciated.... thanks in advance

This might be a dead end, but have you tried https://www.asus.com/us/support/warranty-status-inquiry/?
There is also an option to contact support there. You made the choice to purchase your laptop in the USA, so you should contact them first.
