One of the usb ports is very loose on my gu605mz, when I plug things into it they jiggle around a lot and I’m worried about connectivity. I want to submit a warranty claim for it but when I try to start a conversation with an agent it doesn’t show up under registered products even though it is. Fairly frustrating, anybody have any solutions?
